First of all, I was never expecting to purchase marijuana over the net, or thru any means of mail order, so I wasn't so naive to think thats what I was getting in the mail. BUT I was expecting a lot more than a small pouch of weeds that I believe someone described as smelling like hay. (I agree with that statement) that when smoked gave me a bad headache and aching burning lungs.

This company advertised an extremely pleasurable, smooth, herbal smoke, with all these so-called testimonies on it's site, I believe the testimonies are as bogus as the product it's self. It didn't even look ANYTHING at all like the pictures shown. And it was FAR from relaxing or smooth tasting.

And I really don't believe there was an ounce there, maybe upon further investigation someone might decide to check into that.

HerbalSmokeShop.com made this claim:

Herbal Smokers Rating: Incredibley enjoyable, and substantially potent. The world's best legal herbal bud, period

That's so far from the truth, it's a flat out LIE! What's enjoyable about smoking some bad tasting weed/flower mixture, that burns your lungs and gives you a monster headache, and i doubt i'm the only one who's experienced this.

They also made this claim:

Hawaiian Gold is sure to provide any smoker an extremely pleasurable smoking experience! An extremely potent Hawaiian strain of exotic hawaiian herbal buds hydro-ponically grown.

The only thing potent about this stuff was a potent burning in your lungs and a bad headache, and pleasurable? please give me a break.

I have read all of these rip off reports on Herbalsmokeshop/Global Life Enhancement and agree 100% with everything those that were ripped off are saying, because it's all true.

I contacted my credit card, they told me the steps to take before filing a dispute with them, they told me to contact the company (Global Life Enhancement) is what's billed to my credit card.

Also I'd like to note, that when I spoke to a rep. from my Credit card Co. she seemed to be familiar right away with this company, I said "I'd like to know how to go about getting a refund from a Co. that has sold me a product that didn't live up to anywhere near it's claims" She had my acct. in front of her and said in a knowing tone Global Life Enhancement?

I said yesss thats it, they sold me a product that is nothing at all like they promised, she then proceeded to tell me to contact them first. get names, and remember all of the conversations I'd had with them, or make sure I'd kept all correspondence with them.

Well here's the thing, first of all these people that have been ripped off are not lying as I read in a few rebuttals, the phone stays busy during the hours they give you to call, until after hours then you get a machine or no answer.

Also they state on their web page, all emails will be answered in 24 hrs guaranteed, thats a crock, i've sent them two emails that have gone completely unanswered as if I were just being ignored.

All I asked is that they issue my credit card a refund for the $55.00 for this bogus product I'd return this crap to them and and we'd leave it at that.

I worded it politely and legibly and never got anything back from them.

I'm supposed to call my credit card and let them know I got nothing from Global Life, and to start procedures to dispute this transaction, they could have saved us both the time and trouble and just gave me my refund and took their "junk" back.

I even tried sending a letter to their address and got nothing back from them. In my opinion to ignore a customer who just ordered from you for the first time ever and was very disappointed with the product seems like bad business practice to me.

I read the article about the BBB and often wondered if it does any good contacting them, I'd thought of contacting Consumer Affairs, But I think the class action lawsuit might be a good idea as well, I've talked to a few ppl who have had even worse problems with this Co. than I have had, it's frustrating to think they can get away with ripping people off.

I just want my 55 bucks back. But I'm willing to take place in a class action lawsuit if thats what it takes to get a refund from this company.

Btw I've had this stuff waiting to send it back since around the middle of April, it's been kept at a normal temp, not to hot or to cold, the color has completely changed, the smell is putrid. If i have to go through the trouble of fighting this Company for a refund I'm thinking of having it analyzed as by someone as well, this stuff made my lungs burn really bad, I may as well have smoked 5 packs of cigarettes in a row, the headache and burning lungs I got from it couldn't have been any worse if as bad.

In closing I'd like to say Thank you to the Founder(s)) of Rip-offReport.com for making this site available to us, the consumers, who have been ripped off and also as a means to let people know before they purchase, order or get involved in anything like this or other rip offs again.
