Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This homeowners association clubhouse uses outside security companies (Securitas, Guard Systems, etc.) they keep changing to monitor entrance to the facility, pool, etc.  They have security guards to monitor the premises and then so called "pool monitors" to make sure that people sign in and out of the pool and they are supposed to do other things such as pick up trash, check in clubhouse rentals, etc.  However, they don't do anything at all except sit there on their phones.

Even though their post command orders mandate they do all these other tasks, they keep saying they are not maitenance and don't do nothin.  Everytime I go there there are all types of prohibited items coming into the pool area, i.e. alcohol, glass, tobacco, vaping devices, drugs, electronics, etc.  The pool is always dirty.  The trash is always overflowing.  There is always glass on the ground.  There is always duck poo on the ground.  There is always bird poo on the ground.  The chairs are always dirty.  The clubhouse always looks ripped.  The restrooms always look ripped . There are always ducks in the pool.  There is always duck poo and bird poo in the pool.

They don't get off their butts to do anything.  They try to tell the janitor or whatever he is to do it or wait for when he comes back if he is not there but since they don't work for Heritage/First Service Residential, he doesn't want to do it and doesn't have to listen to them. Heritage Lake is a scam!  First Service Residential is a scam!

Umbrella Canvas Thief Foils Sercuritas Officer Who Left Post

#2Author of original report

Thu, May 09, 2019

On Friday May 5, 2017 the Securitas Officer who was supposed to work 5pm to 1 am reported for his shift at 5pm and then around 5:30pm disappeared for 4 hours without notifying his supervisor or anyone else.  Management discovered this by checking the cameras the next day because three (3) umbrella canvases had been stolen from the umbrella stands the previous night.

Evidently, the guard exited through the back door(s) of the clubhouse and walked around the permiter of the parking lot trying to escape the view of the camaeras but that did not work.  Management noticed the Security Officer was nowhere on the premises and the golf cart not moving at all for 4 hours as it was supposed to be.

Later around 9:45 pm they saw him enter the conference room, the lights went on and then he went to sleep on one of the chairs until 11:00 pm and then left early without any approval.  Thereafter the umbrellas disappeared and he was fired.
