Heritage Marine And Outdoors Heritage marine is a rip off the screwed me out of 2,000 and charged me for things i didnt buy Beaumont Texas
I brought my race boat to herritage marine.. Dean told me everyday yeah we will have it ready tomorow He is chicken ***t please guys take my advice and dont use them if you have any trouble they will not work with you dean charged me for a carburator kit on my tune up and it was an EFI That shows how much he knows, I brought the boat in for a lower unit leaking oil they changed out the seal and didnt put it back together proper so it fell apart first five minuts of the ride.
so i brought it back in and it was so messed up they had to put a whole new one on it it was all ugly scratched up and nasty the one that origanaly only looked new so i had to take the one they put on it have it painted cost me 150 they wouldnt have it painted so i do all that. then the lower unit goes out again in the first day out. i called him he said he is done i said dean its not my fault this is happening he said well someone here seen you driving the boat really fast over the weekend. i told him what the heck you couldnt tell the boat was a race boat when i drove up the first day to drop it off THATS WHAT YOU DO IN THEM
it ended up costing me 2,000 there then i went to another shop had to spen 2,000 there to fix what herritage marine had screwed up. thats been 7 monhths ago and the lower unit is still working from the second shop and i take it out everyweekend and race it! DDONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID PLEASE,
Try circle d boats, jordans marine,Taylor marine, these guys no there boats and will help you......dean and rick are just some guys selling some boats that they know NOTHING ABOUT!

Nobody else would work on this old race boat. We did so to help the guy out. We were requested to use used parts to keep the price down. It was a no win situation from the beginning for us, but it did cause one good thng - a policy to no longer work on any performance style boats, especially older ones.
