Heritage Web Solutions NO ETHICS, NO INTEGRITY AND THE BIGGEST WEB RIP OFF IN AMERICA Provo Utah
Our company began work with Heritage Web Solutions in March of 2009 for one of our clients. In a nut shell, they have lied about what they offer, they have lied about what they can deliver, their project managers, web designers, supervisors, production managers and customer service department all do not deliver within the timeframe they state and they actually don't deliver at all. It has been 2 months and we have nothing, not to mention we have been automatically over charged. I question the validity of their company because you cannot reach any executive level person, they are all shielded through public information, but the employees of the company have been taught to shield them as well. I understand that the company has changed names to HIT Web Design. We will be seeking legal action against Heritage Web Solutions, David Aitken, President and CEO. We would anticipate that Mr. Aitken and his partners, executive staff have slithered off some where and will be hard to find especially since the company name has been changed. I would NOT advise anyone in their right mind to work with this company David Aitken or any of their affiliates. If there is someone who can help us with our plight please step forward.
