Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
To the alien conspiracy and death conspiracy writer of false complaints: Why?

There are legitimate issues with "Heritage Web Designs" work ethic (I've dealt with them myself, it's a terrible experience! I lost money and time.) and here you are, making a mockery of people who've lost not only their money but their momentum too. Not even to mention their dreams and business.

That's Weak. ALSO CHANGING YOUR NAME TO "HIT" IS CLEVER BUT STILL WEAK IF YOU DONT CHANGE YOUR WAYS.

::

Seriously folks, Heritage {AKA " HIT " now} is a let down company, to put it lightly.

Here's the breakdown of my experience and the experience of others who I've talked to. Most of us walked away in the end on our deposits. Had to.

* Call, you'll get a salesman, and that's it. Salesman from beginning to end.

* You'll get a promise of a 4 to 6 week finish on your site with no additional explanation of build complexity. God help you if you don't only want some 3 pg two toned site. Don't order any product or promise business associates any deadline. Trust me on this one.

* They'll quote you a price without knowing wtf your site even is. Watch. There's no definite consultation for specifics. Ever.

* You'll sign an outrageous long a*s contract that protects you 0%, research this- it's totally nuts.

* After you sign they make you wait forever to hear from them or get results, any.

* An account manager will call you, TO UP SELL YOU- with no offer of real info about your site. Mine never even knew which my site was {this is my acct manager mind you). Much less how it was supposed to function.

* You'll be passed from one person to the next all making promises that wont be passed to the next person or filled (TRUST me!)

* They will charge you ahead of time for site hosting (40 + per month) though your site hasn't even been started yet. Can they do that you ask...well they sure as f--- try.

* They will buy your domain name so they own it for the first year. And your site as well in the deal. Never explain or tell you till it's done.

* After the year contract of hosting you supposedly can move on to other cheaper hosting but they never explain that the site is built to specifics and other hosting companies probably won't be able to fir your site within their parameters. So you're theirs. Waa ha ha!!!

* You'll be asked for your info/input over and over -and flucking over- cos the builder/ designer/ programmer etc aren't organized companywide to communicate well. (Some will readily admit this to you out of frustration themselves.)

* Managers will answer your complaints to pass the bill and bold face lie. There's NO accountability in the end. None.

* You'll loose money and your momentum in the end. Your project will feel dead, the last thing you want to even think about. You'll want to walk away but get talked out of it over and over till your head wants to explode- cos you'd loose your deposit {which I did, in the end} to have a shitty half a*s site that malfunctions. Can I write that? Well it's accurate. So there.

Really people, research and think about it before you go with Heritage Web Designs. Heritage sucks so bad as a business. So Bad. Look at what they stoop to. Read the two previous posts on this site on aliens and killer friends {they're pretty easy to pick out} that try to discredit the legitimate complaints.

Sad really.

Just fix your company Heritage. It would be simpler than piling on more intricate lies.
