I also never got a contract, whenever I asked a question; they always replied "don't you have your contract". The employees are rude. I was told the first three payments, almost $900.00 were for the Company to do all the paperwork. The person who you talk to sign up with does NOT work at the company. You never have a contact if you do have question. As I continued to get lawsuit letters from debtors, etc. I would call to see what was going on with my account. There is no other way to find out. I never got a satisfactory answer to any of my questions, so I cancelled. I faxed the letter in plenty of time to cancel, yet they took the money anyway. After complaining to my bank, they were forced to put the money back for that month. They then told me that I was not going to get my money back because I stopped payment on a check. What a farce they are. Ann is the Supervisor in case other people need her name. They told me in 60 days I would get my money returned. All together they took over 1,700.00 and did nothing (at least that I know of) you never get a statement, or any correspondence from them. They do not return phone calls. As my 60 days, was drawing near I left two messages and asked for them to return my call. Surprise Surprise. They did not, so I called. The day before I was to get my refund, I was informed that I had no money left. The money was used as Attorney's Fees. For what? Isn't that why they take the first 3 months payment? I have asked several times to speak with an Attorney and was always told no. I did report to the Florida Attorney General and BBB. The BBB cannot find my paperwork, so I will send again. I am sick of innocent people being ripped off by unscrupulous companies. DO NOT USE THEM.
