Hess Store 30509 This store sold diesel mixed with water that killed my commercial truck's engine. Do not use the diesel pumps at Hess Express 565 Route 17 South Paramus, NJ. We are already filing a lawsuit to get r bad diesel cut with water cheap fuel South Paramus, New Jersey
We bought diesel at the NJ Store 30509 for our commercial truck on 11.12.12. We filled the tank at 12:16 pm and at 12:30 pm the truck died on the freeway. It had to be towed to a repair shop. 5 hours later our mechanic said the diesel had water in it and ruined our fuel injector. We are going to sue this Hess Station at 565 Route 17 South, Paramus, NJ 0762 for
damages and full repair costs to our truck.
We will be contacting our lawyer this week after we get final damages. This truck was in perfect order and had just finished several jobs prior to today.
