UPDATE ON WHERE HAS MY COMPUTER GONE, TODAY I CONTINUE MY SEARCH, FOR ANY INFORMATION ABOUT MY COMPUTER. I WENT ON LINE AND ENTER THE ADDRESS OF HP REPAIR CENTER IN MEMPHIS TN, I FOUND THE COMPANY NAME AND TELEPHONE THAT WAS DOING THE REPAIR FOR MY COMPUTER, I CALLED THEM UP, SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT WAS A PLEASURE, IT TOOK HER LESS THAN 5 MINUTES TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY HAD MY COMPUTER AND WHERE WORKING ON THE REPAIR, AND THAT THEY WILL EXPEDITE MY REPAIR. I THEN CALLED HP CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND SPOKE WITH ONE OF THE REPRESENTIVES, I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAD RECEIVED AND TOLD HIM THAT I LOCATED MY COMPUTER. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD PUT IN MY COMPLAINT, I ASKED DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL BE BEFORE I HEAR FROM SOMEONE. HIS ANSWER, I DOUBT IT. I TOLD HIM THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH HP INVENT. UPDATE ON CASE WORKERS CHRISTINE, ROBERT STILL NO COMMUNICATION, KYLE AND LISA, NO EMAILS NO PHONE CALLS, HP CUSTOMER SERVICE NO REPLY TO ANY OF MY 7 EMAILS. AND AS CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTIVE TOLD ME I DOUBT IT.

Update on where has my computer gone, I did some research, on my own, I look up on the computer the address of where my computer was sent. I got the name and telephone number waited till it was 11 oclock because of the time difference spoke with customer service, gave them my order number, they assured me that they did have my computer, and had been working on it. I felt relived to know that it had been received, and it was no longer mia. But I am still very upset with the service of HP, I called customer relations in California, and spoke with a service representive, and lodge a formal complaint. I told him that I hope someone would get back with me. He told me he doubted that anyone would call me back. I told him, just what I said HP INVENT DOES NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. UPDATE ON RETURN CALLS FROM CASE WORKER CHRISTINE, ROBERT, AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS NOT ONE OF THEM HAS CALLED ME BACK.

You've had it in for repair at least 8 times . Call them up , get confirmation of the repairs and write them down . The dates and what was repaired . Next get ahold of the consumer relations person ( your local attorney generals office of consumer affairs should be able to give you the contact person name , tel. # and address ). When you get your PC returned back up all your important information . If it's not repaired correctly , request a replacement of equal or greater quality PC ( even if they give you a refurbished one ) . If they will not file a complaint with your local Attorney Generals office .
