In Janruary of 2004, I was attempting to apply for finiancing through HP.com in order to do that it told me to add something to my cart. When I clicked to accept the terms of the finiancing. I was thanked for my order.

Since my order was unintentional, I immediately (within 5 minutes) contacted the company to cancel my order. They informed they could not do that and to refuse my order at the door. They assured me there would be cost to me. After the 2 months it took to get my order credited, the 69.99 dollar shipping and handling charge was still there.

I called and they went informed they do not refund shipping and handling. They had it in there note that I was told I would not have to pay the s/h. They resubmitted, same thing happened again. In my opinion this is a major rip off. This has hurt my credit. Cost me 400 dollars, well waiting for the credit, so not paying hpshopping, for a product I never wanted or recieved.
