Hewlett Packard gives false out-of-paper messages, impossible to communicate the problem for correction Palo Alto California
I have an HP Photosmart C6280 printer. Frequently it gives a message that the machine is out of paper when indeed it is loaded with paper. Then I have to go through the motions of reloading paper and press the OK button.
Numerous times I have reported this problem to the company and suggesting fixing it. I find that communicating this to any staff is impossible.
