    In my personal opinion, these people are terrorists!!! The following email was sent by me to the "board of directors" at HP (it speaks for itself);

Dear Board of directors;

I purchased a HP Pavilion dm3 at Staples on 04/01/2010 1:07pm for the purpose of storing and transmitting

information and data to my daughters doctors due to her hypo-plastic left heart, pulmonary stenosis, extra ventricular drainage, septal defect, pulmonary, physical, developmental and failure to thrive issues and more that she has in order to get, keep and maintain the care for her that she needs in order to live at all and get to a point wear she can have these issues corrected. Currently, we have 18+ doctors and 5 facility's to keep informed and in constant contact with for her to get help. I use my scanner to scan documents to store and send to them from in home nursing and physical therapy agency's which not only gets sent to them on a semi regular basis but stored for future needs and emergency's. As of now i can do very little with the laptop i purchased from your company which is still under warranty for another month. I paid $688.98 for a durable, useful, reliable laptop with good service and quality tech support and wireless capability's and i have yet to receive any of this.

I have sent the laptop back on at least 3 occasions to be repaired agenst my will with the understanding it was to be

expedited after paying the extra $15 or so dollars and they shipped it  to the wrong address once already to which neither HP or Fed-ex would  claim any responsibility for.  I have made countless calls to get help with the problems i have been having with my laptop since it was  purchased. When i purchased this computer i was under the understanding

it was supposed to come with a wireless card. It has never had such a card in it. HP in Canada has promised to fix this issue and has failed multiple times to do so. The warranty contract is supposed to be from the date of purchase a one year contract which has been violated numerous times by HP and not honored. I had to literally fax two times already the proof of purchase and the corresponding info for the cases at the times to get help at all when the warranty was supposed to still be in effect. I was also under the understanding there is supposed to be a functional recovery drive built into the machine, this drive has never worked once and has been sent back due to this failure on at least two times and is still failing after they sead they had fixed it, i confirmed they did not fix it. I followed the instructions of your tech agents only to be lead in circles and to be made to repeat steps already taken to recover the laptop even after telling them i had already done the things they had insisted i do or threatened to hang up on me. By doing this, they have not only caused even more damage to my system but a total of 240$ of connected equipment as well that is now damaged from

listening to there instructions. The recovery CD's i was sent fail to work as well. I paid for a quality laptop computer for gaming video's, music and streaming data so i knew if it could handle all of that it could handle my needs for my daughters care and records. As of now,C/ iscompletely inaccessible and my errors literally have errors.

I am at the moment not only loosing money because of this, i cant access my online banking or other equily important things and am also unable to sell anything on eBay. The actions of your company is not only destroying me financially it is affecting my daughters ability to survive her medical condition in dramatic ways that can lead to death

and this will not be tolerated by any means whatsoever. I am absolutely horrified with your company and its actions at the moment and want nothing to do with it whatsoever more than one of two things. Ether provide me a full refund and cover the damaged equipment and accept the return of the laptop or your company can replace the laptop, address the

recent security update issue that likely was the cause of this mess, fix the CD drive the computer corrupted by listening to your tech agents instructions, address all the for-mentioned concerns and give me what i paid for. If you can do that much at least i would consider extending my own warranty with the accident protection plan and agree to start fresh so long as it is honored in full and the tech agents stop treating me like a total idiot and being rude some how. Doubt this is gonna

happen either way, so i will be filing the complaints within the next few days with the appropriate government agency's and will continue to hold onto the proof of all of this hear and i will keep the backup of itall.

I highly doubt you'll respond at all to this email, but feel free to and

attempt to resolve this issue if you choose. I am willing to work to

resolve the issue the best i can however deterred from HP that i am, i

just want what i paid for.

These heartless BxSTxRDS dont even care how they are effecting the life of my 1 and a half yer old daughter!!!! I tell you one thing for certin;

 I WILL stop at NOTHING till i get justice!!!   -NOTHING!!!!
