Realizing that I was overcharged $1 I called HP. Spoke to Mike who said that I would have to get a bank statement to prove what I paid even though the company knows what they charged me and knows what the cost of the extended plan is.
Spoke to Suzanna, Advocate Customer Relations Office who gave me to Margaret who refused to let me speak to anyone higher after she refused me and said "we don't give out superior's phone numbers." The referred me back to Mike who was determined hostile in the original call when I spoke to him.
So, here is a worldwide multibillion dollar company who will steal $1 from someone and then make it a life's project to get it back. They will not return my dollar.
