If you’re going to business with HFS Tractors GOOD LUCK!!!
They own stores in Niles & Baroda Michigan with the manager being the son of the owners. The boy can do no wrong because mommy and daddy own the place! He will not return phone calls, has the attitude “take it or leave it” I’m the BOSS!
Apparently picks his customers, and didn’t want to sell me a tractor because he didn’t like it when I b****** about him not returning phone calls. Their web site states that HFS stands for “Honest Friendly Service” NOT true at all!!
Last call I made was on Monday 6-11-18 talked with Kevin Layman, Rick “the manager” took the day off, Kevin wrote down my name and number and said I’ll be receiving a call back from Rick first thing Tuesday morning. Its way past noon right now and haven’t heard a word from that incompetent punk.
I will be contacting Kubota about how one their representatives / dealers is putting a bad mark on their good name. Rick’s actions as a manager reflect on how well Bob & Caroline raised their son to be a business man! Not very well! Bob & Caroline should have used protection!
