Complaint Review: H.G.H. Quality Blend - Las Vegas Nevada

I thought it was only unreturnable if used...(BETTER PRICE DEAL 1 Yr @$529) Was told to call 2nd rep if I had any questions when I received it. I wasn't feelng well at all when it came, so the box sat on my kitchen table for at least a week, before I looked at it (12 bottles.. a full yr's.supply) Got out a big magnifying glass to read the label. It has ingredients I am afraid of.... hormones could work against my metatases of renal clear cell cancer. I'm 81 yrs old. I received the sales call 1st day home from back surg. & rehab..had no chance to research the product or even realize that I didn't really know much about it ..I did a stupid thing by not realizing I had no knowledge of this product or ingredients. or what HGH meant. I want to return it and drop chargres of $529.00.. They refuse to allow it to be returned. Also, on receipt, I find they are looking for people to sign up for distributorships... no wonder the high price. I was very weak and overwhelmed by so many physical disabilities when I answered the phone Should never have been called because of being on a "DO NOT CALL LIST"..and trapped by whatever I said on their recording.. They immediately threw that in my face when I called them. Generally I screen all my calls..am so sorry I didn't screen that call. Who wants to spray Ethanol under their tongue 9 sprays a day to add to any toxins already in their body when fighting a type of cancer that has no medical cure?????? 

The fact that I got on a sales call,  when I expected it to be a personal call..from my own area code..started the ball rolling ,besides the fact that I am 81 yrs. old  and it was my first day home after having back surgery on 0CT 27th..  and rehab till 11/5.  I admit I was a little overwhelmed by everythng...

I had bags of my belongings sitting all over from my hospital stay and nursng home rehab discharge.. stacks of mail from 9 days to be sorted... and all kinds of papers to sort through from my M.D.. hospital and rehab stay.

First of all,I am on a "do not call list"  and despite that I usually do not answer phone calls that I do not recognize, but this time, among all the confusion going on, I just saw that the call was from my own area code so I answered it, expecting it to be from someone who was wondering if I was home yet, and, how I was doing.

However, it was a sales person calling,  and when I explained I wasn't up to par and was now making plans to fight off my second attack (stage 4)  of metastases in my lung  from renal cancer which I had 7 1/2 yrs yrs ago.  With no chemo or radiation for clear cell cancer, I was figuring on alternative. methods to fight and try to kill the cancer without the side affects of a chemo pill I could start taking, which could only slow it down.

She convinced me that her prod.. uct had helped 4 different cancers..  and.. I didn't ask her what ones,  or,  if it killed them.  She had 3 month supply for around $249.. completely refundable if not satisfied.  She did not tell me that HGH meant it was a growth hormone, or list any of the ingredients to me.. especially arganine and glutamine which can bbe bad for the liver (should be monitored by a doctor)..  or that it had 10% ethanol as an ingredient.  Like,  what cancer patient is going to spray (knowingly)  9 sprays of a product which is another toxin  under their tongue every day???????

Because I didn't know the ingredients, and she made it sound like something worthwhile for my ongoing cancer battle,  I felt I should try it.  The medical profession can't find a way to kill it... so,  it then became something  along the  "bait and switch" scheme.  Thereby,  I was switched over to a man who told me I could get a whole year's supply for $529... called  the profesional pack..  instead of $83 a bottle it would be about  $44 a bottle  (for a month's supply)  only I would not be ale to return it.  He recorded our conversation  and told me to call back after I received it if I had any quetions..  I believe that I thought there was a no return policy if I started using it, in difference to the generous return policy of the 3 month supply.

When I opened the pkg. and found  the are looking for "distributors", and saw that it was a under the tongue spray     ..3 sprays, 3 times a day, then found out all the ingredients.. many of which I had no familiarity with, I called and was told "we have the recording of you saying you accepted the  Professional  Pack deal... our company has an absolutely  no return policy on the deal you accepted"  even though I never opened a bottle just looked at it to find out what it is made of.

I feel I have been legally??  "taken"    What am I going to do with 12 bottles of something I fear to use... and have to pay for???  I could have put that money to so much better use for an assortment of supplements I would like to take to help me.  Another thing .. she didn't tell me ..  that the product HGH Extreme is good for weight loss..       I am not trying to lose weight.  I already lost at least 6 lbs since my cancer surgery in April of this year..  leaving me about 12 lbs below my idal minimum weight. It is very hard to keep weight on when doing a no sugar, low carb diet.

Is there any recourse for me..  due to receiving an illegal call  and not being given enough correct info about the product  like,  not even telling me that HGH  meant human growth hormone???????  That alone would have been a red flag for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
