Mr. Arturo Palmieri made a contract with the American Company Elite Technology USA, dedicated to the production of photography and video for events, for the elaboration of videos of the Ultra festival held in the city of Miami in April 2018. He was hired and it was only I pay an advance of 30% of the total value of the contract. The balance of the invoice to date has not been paid. This report is prepared because Mr. Arturo Palmieri always has an apology for not paying the debt. The material was delivered in its entirety as established in the contract. My recommendation is that they do not make any negotiation or contract on this person or with the name of the company because they are a fraud. We were deceived. They traveled to Argentina without paying the outstanding debt and refuse to pay.
