Hifisoundconnection this company lied many times, took my merchandise as return, but never refunded the money, will not reply to e-mails. Brookline Station Missouri
I found this company through ebay. They were listed as a "good" company to deal with. I decided to buy straight off the company website, instead of ebay.
The purchase went just fine, but it was the wrong sub. I contacted the company and recieved a "Return Authorization #". I mailed the sub just as advised, and bought the correct sub from the company.
I was assured my credit would hit my bank card within a week or two. Within that time period, the 2nd subwoofer I bought was deemed defective by my professional installers.
I contacted the company once more, and was given a 2nd "Return Authorization #". I returned the sub, and was promised a credit to my bank card.
Two months, two subwoofers, and $200 later, I have nothing but broken promises. It's been a month since Hifisoundconnection returned my e-mail. It seems there "on-line customer service chat" is out of service. I feel helpless, and don't know what to do.
One thing I do have is all the e-mails we used. Also, the on-line customer service chat dialogues always prompted me to recieve the saved copy via e-mail. I have both chat dialogues saved.
