High Class Universe charged my account but did not ship the order Internet
I ordered two dog banks for my granddaughters for Christmas, for which my card was charged $43.98. Some time later, I received an e-mail sayingthey were "getting my order ready to ship". I e-mailed High Class Universe several times, but have not received the order.
