High class universe Ordered 3 dog piggy banks as gifts for Christmas, when they never shipped I attempted to contact the shop and now the website is taken down and no response. I want my $63 back!!!! Internet

My husband and I ordered 3 dog piggy banks for Christmas gifts, after 3 weeks and not receiving a shipment confirmation I emailed the company and received no reply. When I attempted to go back to the website it had been removed.
