Total waste of time. Ed as he calls himself comes in and promises you a great job. When it is all said and done you will have a mess on your hands. Un even flooring, thin set and grout all over your furniture and walls. Forget about calling and complaining, he tells you that it is not his responsibility and if you dont pay him he will show up with 4 of his guys to beat it out of you. There are way too many companies out there .....................Now he wont return calls and you bet your @ss no one showed up to clean up...........Oh, lets not forget the garbage stuffed behind furniture, burrito wrappers , empty water bottles, and coffee cups left all over..............Save yourself the time and headache...........
"ED" claims he owns the company..........should have known when his card just said "ED" and he was definately from some country over seas that something was fishy..............Have documented the sloppy job with over 100 pictures..........do your home work first............dont get taken..........going to have to sue to get paid back for all of the damage. Have hired a commercial cleaning company that said they have never seen such a mess left from a flooring job.........

we are at high end flooring not able to recognaize this customer and we have no name in our inoivces systen under the same name , and we never had a case simller to this resport we beilives this report is false and we willing to work with any customer if we have issue in our job. we been in business for 10 years and we keep very friendly relations with all our clients ,
