High Point Auto Sales ripoff Pine Bluff Arkansas
I was buying a car from this guy Leory Hampton i gave him $3500.00 down on a car and then i gave him $180.00 for a warranty and it wasnt even 3 days before i had to take it to the dealer ship to get professional advice so then i took it back to him and he told me to leave it and that the mechanic new i was going to drop it off but they didnt know i was bringing it to them and the bad thing about it is i bought a warranty with it but check this out it wasnt going to kick in untill 30days so we came up with an idea he was going to find me another suv but he didnt so then he gave me a truck it lasted about week it stopped on me in little rock on easter sunday.
And dig this he commited fraud because the suv was $8500.00 add $3500.00 down that shouldve took the price to $5000.00 and $250.00 a month and the truck he gave me was $7000.00 and he didnt even take my whole deposit i gave him from the first car he put on it $1000.00 and tried to charge $350.00 a month till paid off now am i entitled to my money back because it wasnt right legalaid to me that if he frauded that i was entitled to my money back or some if not all so Rip-off Report can you all help me or if its an attorney or anybody HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHelp plz
