I hired this company to complete some work on my home and after paying almost eight thousand dollars, and waiting several months the work is still not complete. The owner Eric Fabian will not answer repeated calls to his mobile 330-400-0175 or his office.
I would not recommend hiring this company for any projects you may have. I will be filing a civil lawsuit against them, and after some research online I have found that the company falsley lists itself as an LLC when it is in fact not incorporated in Ohio.

Thank you for your complaint. Sorry for the delay as rip off report does not notify the company when a complaint is filed. The only true portion of this complaint is the phone number and business owner name. Other than a competitor, there's only ever been one person that's had an issue with our work, Mr Shemtoob. Mr Shemtoob hired us on January 4, 2017 to perform a rehab in which he was given a deposit amount and subsequent amount after certain items were complete per the contract this left out any incidentals along the way and other city requirements, the most important phase was the electric, so that was performed first, a whole new upgraded electrical system was installed and passed by the city. An initial deposit of 7,820.00 was given and work started. An incedental occured along the way unrelated to any of the agreed terms (which does happen in this line of work) and Mr Shemtoob would not pay we attempted several times to remediate he issue, An arguemwnt arose and Mr Shemtoob was fully refunded the $7,280.00 after a dispute, even after work was performed, so he received back the full amount he paid and got free work done to the house, our agreement expired February 5th, 2017 in which we parted ways. His last words to me were "I'm going to destroy you." Seems as such that is still the agenda so many months later. What's so disheartening is the overall misinformation, he does not even have the correct business name! No wonder he cannot find it with the Ohio Secretary of State. Why wouldnt he know the name of the company he did business with? And LLCs are not incorporated with the state of Ohio, corporations are. The company you are complaining about is an LLC not an incorporation, please take a second look at your old contract if you still have it, to achieve the right business name and info.
