recieved letter on june 9, 2008 stating that i had won 150,000.00 in prize moneys from the national lotto co-operationm sweepstakes lottery. a check in the amount of $4995.99 was inclosed. i was instructed to cash the check and call smith rickman at 1-289-888-1959 to send in the amount $2995.00 for taxes. i was to send this by western union or moneygram.
