Highlife Technology Ltd Comfortb Li Xiaowen / [email protected] Promoted Childs Xmas Toy on Facebook - Car transforming to Robot. Took money through Paypal, never delivered. Singapore Internet
Advertised on facebook November 2018 Toy Radio controlled cars that transformed into a robot. We ordered 2 for our Grandkids, Paid USD43 via Paypal to Highlife Technologies 22 Nov 2019.
Received confirmation from Comfort B & advised would be shipped withn 1-2 days. After waiting a week no despatch details received, emailed Comfortb several times, 10 Dec 2019 they supplied consignment/Tracking # & confirmed despatch. Tracking consignment # via 17Track number provided(LO594955246CN) was never validated.

Numerous excuses provided, (factory breakdown, out of stock ) then, say "be patient ,urging shipping co to update website". Ofcourse never happens, order still not trackable 24 December so obviously never shipped - will have very disappointed Grandkids, NO PRESENTS!. Clearly a RIPOFF/ SCAM
Do not have anything to do with any of these Coy's
