HighSpots Inc. Totally Wrong Item Purposely deceived me horrible work ethic delayed communication ripoff business from hell Internet
www.highspots.com sells professional wrestling equipment, I Needed a new mask for my federation.
I Had one mask made prior to placing this order, it was perfect beautiful, and was exactly how my diagrams and color schemes described. but it got stolen, so i was in the market for a new mask. well had closed up shop so i had to inquire at www.highspots.com
i sent the plans, instructions, and color scheme to the "Custom" mask team at www.highspots.com and they stated it would cost 84$ after shipping, which was 10$ more then my previous mask, but i expected it to be of the same/higher quality. estimated time was 6-8 weeks. the item arrived ~10 weeks later!
I Opened the box with excitement, only to be dissapointed, because they just gave me a pre made mask, totally ignoring all of my instructions...
why would i pay for a "Custom" mask only to recieve a pre made one, when i could have simple ordered a pre made one for 20$ cheaper? they deliberately hoped i would just lay by the wayside and accept this garbage.
they will soon be hearing from my lawyers if they do not resolve this issue.
