Complaint Review: Hilda Diaz - Miami Florida

Has anybody heard from this tax fraudster Hilda Diaz?  She is become an adjuster.  IRS must ensure she is paying taxes.  From what we have read, there is evidence she has not paid federal taxes while being an insurance agent.  Now she is an adjuster?  IRS might be losing revenue yet again.

 Hilda, Tax Man is coming for you.  All those bogus tax returns are about to be audited.  They will go back as many as 7 years.  Good luck on explaining why you defrauded our tax system.  Good think you are in florida because in South Carolina you would have to file state tax returns where you would have more trouble if you lie on taxes.  how many other people or married men are you swindling from now?

We came back to town to visit our buddy but we tried to call Ms. Hilda for a late night bootie call and her phone is disconnected.  That sucked.  But we did learn that she is so deceiptful that she even told her ex that her own father lies and that her siblings are "frenemies."  She is certainly a class(less) act who is born to use people to get whatever she wants in life.  Again, beware to all on this shameless person. I wonder how the irs situation is panning out? Chow

To the person who this woman used, if you read this you should probably fill out IRS Form 3949-A first.  If you know what this Hilda Diaz person did specifically to evade taxes, fill that form out and mail it in to the IRS.  And if it is multiple years she evaded taxes,  you can even get a reward as they penalize her and collect from her for all the past years.  Fill out IRS Form 211 and mail it in with IRS form 3949-A, and you will collect a reward from the IRS as they investigate and penalize the tax cheat over the past few years.  At least you will get some of your money back that you might have lost while letting her take advantage of you.  Good luck.

 Guys get used all the time.  But if she did file false tax returns then the original author or authors have nothing to worry about because they are not defamatory statements.  If this woman actually took these items from whomever this sucker was, then whomever is putting his and her life out there have nothing to worry about.  Defamation of character is only if you lie about an individual.  I agree, call the IRS or report this person to the IRS.  Let the IRS handle this person.  for the guy or guys who got used by this person, you should learn how to read people better to avoid dealing with this kind of person.

I could care less if this woman sleeps with 100 married men at once. If you know she committed tax fraud, report her to the IRS.  The IRS will investigate and if your claim is true she will harvest what she sow. 

 This is a website for the reporting of ripoffs that a business may or maynot have done. NOT a website where your personal opinion of the way someone lives their life. Did she defraud you in ANY way? Are YOU a victim of a scam she is perpitrating?

If she hasnt, then you really have no right to post her PERSONAL business online. That can get you into a whole ton of trouble. The internet is a MEDIA outlet. Meaning that more then just one person is going to see what you post. That being said, you could possibly be sued for slanderous statements. Defaming a persons character. The list goes on and on.

You dont have to like what that person does in their life. But to put their lives out there on display without them authorizing it is just evil and wrong. You type about her morals all the while posting her life online. Perhaps the world would like a nice long look at the skeletons in your closet and to see the stink of YOUR dirty laundry. Think about that next time you want to start posting about someone.

Maybe you should just talk to her about the impression she leaves ppl with instead of fileting her life for the world to see.

 Beware to anybody who deals with this unethical person.  Ms. Hilda Diaz has affairs with married men, evidently uses men for sexual favors (which is dispicable), lured her last boyfriend into buying her purses, watches, money, and calls her own family members frenemies. Ms. Diaz took money from her ex right in front of him, and her ex unfortunately had no guts to put a stop to her horrible unethical behavior. She proudly told him she cheats in relationships and files false tax returns.

Anybody who is thinking about doing business with her, beware.  She has lied to the IRS by filing exempt for years in addition to everything mentioned above.  These are things she was so proud to tell her ex-boyfriend, who better not attempt to get back with this unethical person.

When will the deceipt stories stop on Hilda Diaz?  It turns out she dated a married man for years.  So not only does she defraud the IRS, not only did she use her latest boyfriend for $50k in material things, not only did she admit to cheating in another relationship, but now we learn that she dated a married man for years! 

This should come as no surprise, so now we can add stealing a husband from a wife to Hilda Diaz's deceiptful practices.  Please avoid this person.  You can see from these stories that she is manipulative, deceiptful, a liar, and has no self dignity or morals.  What a shame somebody can turn out like this in life.
