Machinery Buyers BEWARE !!
Buyers Beware of a company called Himes Machinery out of Ames Iowa and claiming to have locations in Minnesota, Illinois,Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York The person behind this so-called company has no company at all but is a broker working out of his bedroom! This guy owns no machinery at all much less machinery companys in 6 different states. This person cost me about $10,000 and never intended to make it right but just ran with my Money!
If you are in the market for machinery make 100% sure you are dealing with a true Machinery Company that is a member of the MDNA (Machinery Dealers National Association) This is for your protection!
So called company's like Himes Machinery are not members and are only what they call Broker's that have never laid eyes on the machine that they are going to make a deal with you on. All they are is a go between! They pretends to have the machine you are looking for. But in reality It's someone else's machine that they have no ties to and are going to jack the price up and make money on a transaction that you could have done your self in the first place.
This is all done unknowingly to you. This seller is also on Ebay as well doing the same thing under the same name! And if on Craigs list you can spot this seller by a (515) 509-7772 # Just be careful there are crooks just like this one out there that will do the same ! Remember MDNA !
