Check out Howard Harrison Paving. Complaints filed from Maryland in home improvments section. Is this the same H. Harrison / Howard Harrison Paving?
Very coincidental. Please check and post.

Is this the same Jack Harrison arrested two months ago for home repair fraud against and 87 year old man in Bokchito? A Jack Harrison, found in the reports of law enforcement agencies in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Lousiana is well known for asphalt paving fraud against elderly victims.
The MO: show up with so called leftover asphalt, offer to pave your driveway for a set amount, guess that you have X amount of footage to pave. Does the job (cold mix of course, thin paving, grass will grow through in two weeks), then gives you the bill (conveniently labeled on the reverse side you didnt see as "CONTRACT"), only to find out your linear footage turned into square footage at 8 to 10 times the price you were led to expect.
Threatens to call the law on YOU, when the last thing he really wants is the law to show up. Agrees to go to you bank with you to get a cashier's check, making you believe that you tried to scam him.
And the threatening attorney scam is well known for their MO also.
Yep, know this MO all too well in the southeast.
You are not alone, an online search of his name can lead to others just like you.

In response to tracy's alegations, on 3/6/10 H.J.harrison entered into a written contract with Tracy's
husband to pave an area of 1000 sq. ft. for the price of 1.50 per ft. after seeing th compleated work
he agreed to lay two more loads at a price of 1.20 per sq. ft. on his road. Tracy returned aperantly
unaware of her husbands decision and became furious. at her request all work was stoped immediatly an unfinished because of the missunderstanding there was NO CHARGE not even for the
1000 FT that they both agreed to. our attorney contacted tracy only to insure that because there was NO PAYMENT the WRITTEN CONTRACT would be considerd void. apairently she misspelled his name but that is irevalant. This report is missleading and portrays our company in a negative manner when actually we were out all expenses due to a missunderstanding between her and her
husband. We regret that she was unhappy but by not charging her anything we feel this negative
report is unjustified.
