I ordered night vision binoculars at the beginning of December 2016. It was immediately charged to my account. After a few weeks I started checking on the delivery. I checked with the company that cleared the charged to my account and was told to contact Score Discount Fishing Supplies who told me to contact Chris at [email protected].
Then it began. I sent email after email with no response. Finally started to hear from Chris and was told it was still in the process of shipping, or there were problems at their shipping facility. The last response I had from Chris was to give it 30 more days because of their shipping problems. I responded and told thim him I did not want to wait another 30 days and wanted my guaranteed refund. I never heard from him again but a few days later we received the so called night binoculars.
What we received was a cheap pair of binoculars that are barely workable and are NOT night vision binoculars! I have tried numerous time to get in touch with them for my money back guarantee..........but of course no response>
