On Novemeber 17th I placed an order for an remote control balloon. After not receiving it in the time frame I was given I reached out to the company via email. After a few days I did receive an email back stating that if I could "kindly wait 15 days" I would receive my shipment. I waited the 15 days and it did not come. I again emailed them (there is no other contact info for this place) again, after a few more day I received the EXACT same generic email from them. This same email has been sent to me 3 times since 11/17/2016. They are now NOT answering me via email or messagenger. I have reported them to the BBB, The USPS Inspector General and my next step is to the local FBI internet fraud dept.
