I mistakenly ordered 2 remote control sharks on 25 December.  I wanted 2 Nemo fish but I erred in my selection in the dropdown box.  I was notified on the 26th that my 2 shark order was being processed.  I immediately notified them via Facebook that I erred in my order, please change my order to 2 Nemo fish, and notify me that the change had occurred.  No response to my e-mails on the 28 and 31 Dec and my 4 Jan e-mail to change the order.   I received the order on 18 January and of course it was shark remote fish.  The order was NEVER changed, and they never responded to those e-mails.  I immediately sent an e-mail to Chris Oliver and finally received a response from him on the 21st of January saying Hobbies Discount does not accept exchanges or returns unless the item purchased is defective.  And then you have to take photos and send them in so THEY can determine if the item is defective.  And,  YOU pay all return shipping.

Without a doubt, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.  It is obvious that this sleezy company does this all the time as the Ripoff Website is FILLED with Hobbies Discount complaints.
