I placed an order for 4 remote control clown fish on or about 11/15/2016. My credit card was charged $159.80 on 11/25/2016. I received an e-mail dated 12/02/23016 stating that I would be receiving my order in one to two weeks. twice that i had not received my order, and they have not replied to either e-mails.as there is no phone number I can only hope that they will reply to my request as to the status of my order. noreply as of 1/03/2017.

I was ripped off also, i used my ATM card for purchase and same thing happened , no product, won't answer emails. So I went to my bank today and reported as a fraud, bank gave me my money back and they are going to investigate. More people need to follow thru with fileing complaints I also looked up who to file with in Vancouver. Just google what you want. We need to get these people in jail. Facebook may be liable also since they continue to let them advertise on facebook after all the complaints!
