I will List the truth on all of these as I am the owner of the pool. Also I have documented proff & pictures of all claims that I have made! -Phone lines and all other lines that would be cut during our digging are not the responsibility of Hobert Pools. This is explained in our contract. These items need to be routed around the pool area to give us room to dig. Regarless, we spent $329 to help in fixing this problem. (Pool company did not spend any money to fix, & th line they cut the 3rd time were on top of the dirt spray painted bright neon) -We did several clean-ups in Steve's yard to restore the areas we used in construction. (yes they cleaned up, but they covered my new patio chairs in dirt, you should see this picture) -The damaged AC unit has never been reported to us.(reported 3 times & pool manager came out to see it, I have oicture of this also) -The builder fixed the damaged downspout of the neighbors and Hobert Pools paid the builder for his expense.(Not true, I have written doc. from home builder that pool company did not pay) -The dirt that was on the patio was cleaned up. (again see the pics on these. yes was cleaded up but it left damage to new chairs that pool company did not/could not fix) -The title company that was releasing the payment to us took a long time (two months). We suggested some other alternatives to help speed up the construction process.(Not true, I had to write a personnal check to the pool company to have my pool completed) -No cracking has been reported to Hobert Pools. (Not true, pics & pool manager came out while me & my wife were present) -The project was slow in construction because of slow payment.(Not True!! We escrowed this into our mortage. Everything was on time & I have all the coresponding paperwork from Classic Title Co at 972-931-9667) Thank You for reading this response. If any needs more proff leave me a follow up & I will email you all the pictures of proff
