On April 4TH, 2009, my daughter ordered a 2009 X19 HP-R Super Bike from Holeshotz Performance.com. They claim your order is shipped in 5 to 7 days. We waited 14 days before I started calling. I couldn't get an answer at the 866-398-8108 phone number. When I finally reached somebody he said he was the owner. His name is Jay. I asked what was going on, he stated it would be here in 1 day. It has already been shipped. He would never give me a shipping # nor would he give me the name of the shipping company.

After a month of constantly trying to reach somebody by phone, Jay finally said that there was a shipping problem. But he still wouldn't or couldn't give me the name or phone number of the shipping company. This was to be a birthday present for my daughters 16th birthday. She saved up $400. and I gave her the other $249. For a total of $649. She finally got tired of his misrepresentations and said to have her money returned. Jay said there was no problem with that. Our money would be returned to my Visa bank card in 3 to 5 days. It has been 15 days now, and I still have not received anything. Again he won't answer my calls and he won't return my calls. I call everyday every 1 to 2 hours. I leave 1 message each day with the request for the return of my $649. I leave my home phone number and ask that he or someone return my calls. Never has anyone called me back. When I go to the Holeshotz Performance site or call their phone number, they constantly say how their customers are #1 and their satisfaction is guaranteed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. But there is no staff. When I have been lucky enough to have my call answered it has always been by the same person; Jay.

My daughter has waited for this bike since she was 15. She worked hard to raise the money for it, as did I. Now I expect our money returned to my account by May 20Th, 2009 at the very latest or I will be going even further with this. I would like to here of anyone else that has had problems with this place. Or if you know of another name they could possibly be working under. Thank you for taking your time to read this. Hello the EXACT same thing happen to me. I ordered my bike around March 28, 2009 and he told me I would have it within a week it was shipping from California. Well 2 weeks later I didnt have it. I kept calling and finally got HIM to answer and he kept saying it was shipped and give it a few more days. An they ship these items without a tracking number?? Yeah right!! anyway I just contacted my credit card company and said product was not recieve and they tried to contact him and put a hold on the funds. Gave hime 30 days to PROVE he shipped item and in 30 of course he couldnt prove anything and they took the amount of of my credit card. CASE CLOSED!! Lesson learned, never deal with him again. Just dispute it with your credit card company and you should be fine, due to the fact he cant prove he shipped your bike. Good luck
