Poor accommodations for let, this company are the worst internet company to book through. No matter where you book for you will be GUARANTEED to be put up in a dirty, run-down, unsafe hovels ! I know 6 people who have booked with holiday accommodation 4u have experienced problems with the company and the rooms that they supply. When forced to complain, the so called Manger does nothing to help. Definitely the NUMBER ONE RIP OFF COMPANY ON THE PLANET !

I too have experienced very poor customer service from this company! This year we planned a last min holiday to Portugal, we found a place with Accommodation4u, are holiday was confirmed and deposit made however a few days later we received an email from Karen durant saying im sorry but i have double booked your apartment so its no longer available, so of course we replied saying please refund us ASAP! with flights already booked for Portugal  and only a few days to go, we had to quickly find another holiday, we have a one year old aswell. Thankfully we got lucky, and managed to find a place to stay just in time, but were out of pocket now for are holiday as Karen durant took about a week to give us are money back! And we still want are 8 back in charges, her fault she over booked not ours!! we didn't cancel on her she cancelled our holiday!! She fails to reply to our emails and ignores the fact she still owes us money. However we will get our money back even if it is just 8, and to be honest i'm very glad now that we didn't have the apartment we originally booked as from the reports i've seen the accommodation they have to offer are run down and unsafe for children! Agreed this company is a shamble! and i hope to god they go bust so other people don't have to put up with the poor customer service and bad quality Accommodation they are offering! After booking a last minute holiday cottage by the sea and paying immediately, we arrived 1hr 30mins later only to find the property to be a retirement bungalow on a council estate - not the kind of holiday we wanted.... We phoned immediately to cancel but was fobbed off and told told to take it up with the owner - after us replying that it was nothing to do with the owner, Karen Durant then hung up... shocking customer service by the owner of the company. As phone calls got us no further than 'you need to write in', we wrote and after a lot of pestering got an agreement that we would get half our money back. It the took many more emails and 3 weeks before we got any money back. In summary we were overcharged (the cottage was available at half the price on other sites), mis-sold, experienced shocking customer service so would not touch this person or any of her companies again under any circumstances!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
