Ordered a sweater from this company on Dec 1st. After the estimated shipping date passed I emailed for an update. "Your shirt is still in production, 3-5 more days". Waited the 5 days and emailed for an update. Their response "it is now in the shipping department, usually takes 3 days to get the tracking number". At this point I am emailing everyother day and getting generic responses. Still no sweater and they have told me to wait 3-5 days for me refund.
