Ordered a sweater on 12-9-16.  I was contacted by them saying it was not in stock on 12-13-16(oddly enough the only email from them that went to spam was this one no others did).  Not knowing at the time that it was out of stock I contacted them on 12-15-16 inquiring about my order I was told the average turnaround time was 5-7 days for shipping it takes 3-5 days .  On 12-17-16 I contacted them inquiring about why I received gift cards and did they cancel my order, again not knowing the spam that was sent on the 13th saying it was not in stock.  I requested a refund immediately because I assumed at that time they cancelled my order.  

On Dec 18th, I received an email indicated "Almost all orders have now been shipped and handed over to out mail carrier. If you have not received a tracking number, please be patient for packages to appear in the system, as they are sometimes delayed after products are in the mail system.  The gift cards or discount coupons we sent is for your future purchase."  On Dec 19th is when I found the spam mail saying my sweater was not in stock and they had sent my the gift cards to choose something else.  Luckily I did not use the "Gift Cards"  I demanded my refund once again and got a return email saying that it was being turned over to the refund review department and it would take 3-5 days for a decision.

 I turned my complaint over to Paypal because at that moment I knew I was getting the run around.  We wrote our complaints back and forth in paypal.  Them saying they were reveiwing my refund and my requesting it. Then nothing else.  On January 2nd I recieved an email from Paypal requesting that I escalate my dispute which I did since I had heard nothing else from the company.  Well today, Jan 3rd, I get a response back from Paypal that the case was closed because HolidayFury was able to provide a USPS tracking number showing I received it on December 27, at 6:30pm, WAIT WHAT?  Obvisiously I have not received any sweater from them.  

Maybe they sent a letter that had a tracking number, I just know I received no sweater from them.  The other thing I find very odd is the time on the tracking.  I was nearly 5 hours after we normally get mail and after dark.  Im not certain what their game is but I am contacting USPS tomorrow to inquiry about this.  The entire process has been shifty.  Im also filing a complaint with my credit card company.  I wish I would have researched this company before I ordered from them.  They are nothing but complaints on many many websites about the same type of treatment.  I will update this if I find out anything further but with the amount of serious complaints on this company I think there should be a class action lawsuit file against them. * Consumer Beware*
