 Ordered the item on December 14th, waited until a few days later until I emailed the company since their phone line (as stated on their website) "this voicemail is for funny stuff, we don't always check it for customer service. Use the email :)" This company took me 3 emails separate days to finally get a response on dec 26th saying their system had not updated yet and it would shortly. I quickly responded to keep me posted. On dec 27th I emailed asking when I will get an update... then received the following in a response, "Apparently the postal service was unable to deliver your item to you in the time promised to me." Sounds like trying to blame it on the postal service I then emailed today Dec 29th and was told....

"I am terribly sorry for the delay, Our system shows that your order will soon be fulfilled. Then, it will be shipped and handed over to our mail carrier. It will be scanned and once the tracking information is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking number and you will be able to track your order status. I understand the frustration for the delay and we are now working 3x for the production to keep up with the orders. For the inconvenience, please have this discount code (hidden) for your next purchase. I appreciate your patience and understanding." this is where I got upset and asked for my item or a refund... this is where I am currently at. if this changes for the better and an apology I will update.
