Holland American Line (Carnival) Will not reimburse cost of failed cruise Seattle Washington
We purchased a 14 day cruise from Holland American Line (Carnival) from Hong Kong with airfare from Little Rock, Ar and bought Holland's platinum insurance policy. We boarded the ship (Statendam) 2 days late and were not warned prior to boarding the crew and passengers had a highly contagious virus. We left the ship early due to inadequate medical treatment and have been reimbursed about 20% of our total cost. For details see www.mybadcruise.com
