Here it is 2015 and Holly is still acting EXACTLY like the inital report says. She totally allowed my home to be turned into something that should be demolished.
She is totally useless, unprofessional, lies constantly, has no ethics, never gets back to you, and is thoroughly incompetent. Above all she is delusional and thinks she's right when so much proves to the opposite. I would never recommend her.

I know exactly who wrote this and it's funny she won't use her real name. This girl signed a lease after seeing the home. No one forced her, she wanted the home. After living there for 1 month she decides to move out and wants her deposit and rent money back. We re-rented the home so she should be thanking me for not being charged the full rent for the term of the lease because i DID try hatd to rent it back out. The owner RECEIVED all of the deposit for rent and is in fact owed more for the time of vacancy vs. re-renting. Check the laws in Colorado, she signed a very legal and very valid lease! Premiere Properties, nor myself, kept one penny of the deposit. This is exactly why she won't use her real name, if she feels she's been wronged then take it to court- I will be there and gladly win the judgement against her for slander and the amount still owed. She threatened me to do something like this- just a disgruntled tenant who thinks she has been "wronged" because she can't legally get out of a contract she signed. My Attorney can take it from here.
