Product not as described & was received damaged & I was told that it was my fault. I slid the contacts into the casing when damage was visible. The man who answered the phone sat there calling me "hun" and stating that I had no clue what I was doing, or talking about and refused to even listen to me. I first asked for a replacement of the EXACT product, and he laughed and told me that it wasn't happening. I didn't pay for a damaged product- that is completely unethical business practices and extremely unjust.
