Hollywood Color Contacts HCC Worst online shopping experience EVER! Henderson Nevada
WOW! These people at Hollywood Color Contacts have been ducking and dodging my phone calls AND emails since they shipoed me every wrong color of contacts that I DID NOT ORDER. But today, someone actually answered the phone. A man who was, without a doubt, the most angry and mean person I've ever come on contact with. He yelled at me before I could even begin to tell my story! I was and still am completely shocked!!!
I asked him why he was being so rude to a customer, but he just continued to yell and scream over me. He asked me what I wanted. I told him I only wanted them to ship me the colors I did order. He told me no. He said that he wanted my name so that he can give me a complete refund and be done with me. I felt like I was sucker punched. I asked him again why he was yelling at me and he simply told me good luck. I don't expect to see a refund any time soon, especially since it took a good 7 weeks until I was able to communicate with anyone there.
