Hollywood Digital Productions FRAUD!! Charged my Debit card without my permission Hollywood Florida
Jed(who I believe is the owner and the only person that works at this company) contacted me and seemed very professional. Aftera long conversation Jed said he was going to put some things together for free and if I liked it then I could buy his product. The product was hold music advertising. While your customer is on hold they could hear the wide range of products that my company has to offer. Long story short I purchased his product and also gave him two referals.
The way I negotiated the deal was two payments of 197.50. One now and one at the end of the month. Well he had my debit card number and took the payments out that day. I was a bit mad but figured hey I was gonna pay for it anyway.
Then the two referrals I gave him he had already begun to work for. Well when one of the referrals didn't wind up liking his services and canceled his order, the billed amount was charged to my acccount??? $615 dollars was charged again on my debuit card.
After countless phone calls I finally got Jed on the phone and he seemed apologetic and that he was going to refund my money.
Well that was a lie and after countless phone calls and visits to the bank I finally put an investigation and fraud alert on that transaction.
After four weeks...today I got my money back
Thanks Jed for your wonderful service. From someone that works in a referral business I can positively say you will never get one from me....at least not again
I recommend that business owners stay away from this company
