Sparing you the details. And in a nutshell:

Jerry Lynn Dean II refuses to give me my $1500 back for a sphynx I decided not to purchase. 

Nice and helpful in the beginning but as things went sour he became extremely rude and aggresive and ended up telling me to be careful who I give my money to. 

Even after offering to have him pay me back in installments at a time line that worked for him he refuses. 

Stay away from this breeder! He has no ethical busniess standards and I am pretty sure he doesn't have a license in CA to breed. 

Despite the fact that he has had many successful sales of sphynx kittens and has beautiful cats, no one should support a breeder who is not ethical.

Jerry Dean.. now come on.  Seriously.  You ripped off another person and all you can do is lash out on me again.  Unlike like the FALSE reports filed on me by you know who.. Your girl left her name and a way for people to actually contact her.  I did do just that.  Please try and contact the person who posted all that garbage about me and see who you get.  Do you really think I sold a cat to Holly Madison?  Give me a break.  You are a very nasty and hateful person.  You will do whatever it takes to get money and if it means ripping off people you will do so.  Also heard you got a new stud from someone and already breeding your cats AGAIN..  What has it been 3-4 months..  Wow... BYB.

Again, I would love to chat with anyone who would like a full explanation of all this garbage. I encourage folks to google Hollywood Sphynx, read the yelp reviews and please feel free to email me for referrals for A+ breeders in California and I also know a great breeder in Arizona!

And please know Jerry Dean is thankfully the only breeder I KNOW that treats people and cats this way.

Sadly myself and another woman who he ripped off are going to have to go to small claims to get our money back. Don't let this happen to you. Bringing home any pet should be a wonderful experience from start to finish!

Hmmm...I don't really need to respond to this being that any breeders reading this will need no explaination. As I told this person 99.9 percent of breeders all have the same basic contract rules. One rule that is pretty well industry standard across the board weather it be cats, dogs, or any type of animal is that we don't do cash refunds. Especially when it's this type of situation where there is absolutely nothing wrong with the kitten in subject. Sparing you the details and in a nutjob....I mean nutshell: Rebekah decided two days before the said kitten was due to go in for her spay surgery that she didn't want it because I wouldn't change my industry standard contract rule of the 1 year genetic guarantee for her. I was even going to drive several hours to deliver the kitten to make it easier for her. She had been in contact with another breeder who said they WOULD give her a two year quarantee. Yaaay, good for her. Her reasoning for wanting this was due to the fact that the said kitten was a late bloomer in size and she was worried it was going to die or fall ill because of this and she had supposedly already been through that and thought it would happen again. I told her I didn't do cash refunds only replacement kittens (which to this day I have never had a single problem and all my buyers have been absolutely delighted. I even have one buyer who is going to drive 5 hours both ways twice to bring me their now grown baby to take care of for a week while they go on a cruise because they feel safer with me then some boarding facility). I tried several times to assure her the kitten would be fine and she became completely hostile and started yelling at me on the phone and didn't want to hear anything I had to say short of refunding her money. The irony in all this is that I still have the kitten she was supposed to recieve and she is now my sweetest not to mention largest girl for her age (10 pounds at 10 months pictures coming soon). She is a wonderful kitten and will be added to my program once she is of age. So, I guess I should say thank you to Rebekah for refusing delivery of her kitten. Again, I go far out of my way to keep all my clients happy as any of them will gladly tell you. If you would like to contact me regarding this matter please feel free.
