Absolutely the worst buying experience. I purchased a dugout and just when I walked out of the store and opened it for the first time the top broke. Immediately I went back in and asked for a refund. The girl behind the desk said " ohh that's too bad but it worked when you left here so I can't return it". I thought she was joking but she was serious. In this 2 bit smoke shop she acted like getting the manager was a big deal. People this is a $20 piece and the stance they took to NOT refund my money was amazing to me. The coward manager came out and had the same exact approach. I wound up exchanging it for an item I didn't want for a lesser cost. I told them to keep the difference. This type of service will come back to bite them in the a*s. I brought a long time customer who will not return and I'll be sure to pass a bad word if anyone else should ask.
