Home Benefits Services ripoff lied and took my money West Lebanon New Hampshire
they called me in the end of october and said I was approved for a $2500 credit card that could be used anywhere. They said that alls I would have pay was $298 directly out of my checking account. I repeatedly said no I couldn't afford it but the guy said that if I didnt get the credit card that it would be 2 years before I could apply for another visa or mastercard.
He said that the credit card would be here by the 19th of november and he said that as soon as I got the credit card I could take the $298 off and to call them and they wouldn't charge interest on that portion. Then I went on to the better business bureau and it said that they only offer a merchant card that you can only use in a catolag. So I called them to see if this was true and they said no that that was part of the package and that I would get this credit card. not only did they lie about the date it was coming on ( I got the package today on the 5th of december, when they took my money out on the 5th of novermber) but I didn't recieve a credit card but number to call for other credit cards that I could have gotten on the internt myself for free.
they did send the merchant card for the catalog that has absolutely nothing I want. also by saying that the credit card would be here on the 19th they caused alot of overdraft fees in my checking account and alot of disconnects on bills that I put off for this because they promised me all this stuff so I thought I had time, but to my surprise they had lied about everything.
