Home Crafts Plumbing and Heating Home Crafts Plumbing, Heating, remodeling Home Crafts Plumbing installed USED parts throughout our house, then charged 3x retail. The woman in the office hung up on me when asked about it. San Diego, California
I first called this company about 6 months ago to replace all of our water lines, drains, valves, and sink cartridges. The plumber was a nice young man and his helper was very quick about getting the tools and parts ready for the job. It ended up taking 3 days (at $80+ an hour), after I was told it would be a day or day and a half at the most.
About 4 months after they came out I had to call them back because I had TWO pretty large leaks in the areas they worked in. After coming out and spending another 4-5 hour repairing those leaks, they handed me a BILL. I called the office to find out why I was being billed for something that was obviously their fault in the first place, but all I got was a nasty and rude woman named Sherry on the phone and another man who used vulgar language and called me a cheapskate.
Last week I received another bill in the mail (because I never paid them after the second problem), so I called another plumber out to tell me if the leaks were from my original piping or the new pipes they put it 6 months ago. Come to find out, all of the leaks were in the new piping that was not soldered correctly and the connectors and valves were OLD.. Old and Used.. Not at all what I paid for.
I have already contacted an attorney, so hopefully some good will come of this mess.
