I first made contact with Home Guardian Solutions in October 2011 to see if they could help me reduce my monthly mortgage payments.  Ken Martin prequalified me and assured me that Home Guardian Solutions could get my monthly payments reduced significantly and that I would just need to pay them a one-time upfront fee of $1,995.00.  He sent me lots of information about the company and I sent back all of the documentation and information they requested along with the $1,995.00 ACH authorization form to get things moving forward.  The company had an A+ rating with the BBB in November 2011.

I was contacted a week later by Rachel Fox, who said they would be calling me each Wednesday with weekly updates.  I did not hear from anyone again until December 8, 2011 when I received an email from Rachel Fox confirming that they had received all of my documentation.  The next time I heard from them was on January 19, 2012 the same day I had called and emailed them with a threat to contact the California Attorney General and the BBB when Rachel Fox called and talked to my fianc and she asked him to let me know that someone will be calling me next week with an update.  I havent heard from anyone since.  I have sent numerous emails and have left numerous voice mails.  Now, it is to the point that my emails are being returned as undeliverable for the four contacts I have for Home Guardian Solutions (Rachel Fox, Ken Martin, Mark Carter and Randall Walker) and each of their voice mailboxes is full.  In addition, their website www.homeguardiansolutions.com is no longer active.  Today, the company has an F rating with the BBB.

I would like to get the word out and stop this company from continuing to scam people who are struggling to make their mortgage payments.  I would also like to see some type of justice brought against this company.  My ultimate goal is to either have my $1,995.00 refunded or my home loan modified as originally promised.  Im also very concerned about potential identity theft as these people have all of my personal and financial records and information.
