Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Please beware of this company. For a fee of $3000 I was told that HOA could help me save my home from the mortgage crisis. As soon as I signed the paperwork I was told to stop making my mortgage payments. Assuming that I had paid for a service and this company must know what I should do, I went ahead and followed the advise of the representative. I waited 6 weeks (with NO communication from HOA) and finally received an offer in the mail from our mortgage company. I called my rep and he said that "that offer is not from the work of HOA. Ignore it and do not respond to Wachovia". Come to find out 2 weeks later, it was the offer!!! we let it expire based on the advise that we were given. Then the fact that we stopped making mortgage payments because of the advisement, we became uneligible for the other program that Wachovia was offerring. I have had to contact HOA every week on my own! They say that there has been communication, but that is because I have been calling and asking for my MONEY back that they stole from me!!! Now I am being told by Wachovia that they will do nothing for us and HOA says that they want to discuss "your other options". HOA facilitated the loss of my home based on the fraudulent advise they gave me and now they want to help us with a "short sale", this way HOA can get more $$$ from us!!!!! This company should be audited and not allowed to continue to feed off of the mortgage crisis. Haven't we had enough with these vultures!!!!

For anyone that has been frauded by this company, I had entered the CA Attorney General's website and immediately on the front page you will see a document titled "Mortgage fraud". This PDF file explains in detail exactly whether or not ANY mortage company has perpertraded possible fraud. IF you were told that you had to pay before the company actually completeted the actual change in mortage payments, etc......then you were possibley a victim of fraud! "HOA" HAD ME HAND THEM MY MONEY BEFORE THEY WOULD EVEN SEND THE PROJECTED ADJUSTMENT SCHEDULES TO MY MORTGAGE COMPANY!
