Home Pro Complete Services Chad Lance & Josh Lynch Total SCAM!!!! Daytona Florida
I hired this company to assist with a remodel of my home. They provided a quote in writing, to pay half up front and the remainder upon completion of the job. about 2 weeks into the job, I noticed that the employees would change and the work was being completed poorly.
Again about 2 weeks into the job, they indicated they were running out of money - that they were a newer company and Josh was a young guy needing help. We agreed, in wririting, to provide installments as work was being completed to help them out.
They continued to not show up to the job except one day a week. Even had a worker break a pipe in my bathroom when removing a vanity and did not even know how to shut off the water. He indicated afterwards that he told Josh that he was not a plumber and shoudnt be doing that job.
What work was completed was done poorly - in the end I was out over $5k and left with a lot of rework.
After researching, turns out that Chad is working under an alias, and there are simillar issues reported against the company with the same unhappy ending. Beware! Do Not use this company or any affiliate.
