Home safe america Took money for loan mod with money back guarantee then didn't refund money for failure Levittown, New York

These people (Home safe america) took money from me with a money back garantee if they didn't scceed to get my loan mod. Since they sent me a letter saying I had been turned down I can not get ahold of them. The phone message says the phones are temporarily off....... I am out a lot of money and want my refund.
